Ores super rare when combined with Underground Biome Constructs... *sometimes*.

I'm getting some really weird oregen issues when using this with Underground Biomes Constructs.
Sometimes there's as much ore as I would expect, and sometimes there's basically none. I assume this is because sometimes the ore generates first, and other times the variant stone generates first, and the ore won't generate in the variant stone. The divisions between normal ore and hyper-rare ore only ever occur at chunk boundaries. Underground Biomes Constructs does some strange stuff to make its alternate stone generate as quickly as possible, so the issue could be on his end, but I've already fixed two bugs in the forge version of this TerrainControl, so I'm wondering if it might be here.
Every time I delete the region files, the boundaries between normal and hyper-rare ores shifts. I'm wondering if there's some sort of race condition...?

Thanks again for your work on this. I use the new version, and it might be working somewhat better, though chunk generation is certainly slower. At any rate, it failed to fix the issue completely.
As always, I am happy to help in any way I can to solve this problem. (Cross posted here: http://www.minecraftforum.net/forums/mapping-and-modding/minecraft-mods/1293503-underground-biomes-constructs?comment=810 )
