/TMI error message

Whenever I type /tmi i get this message: An internal error occurred while attempting to perform this command. Also on the Pail Server Manager when starting up my server i get the message: 10:24 PM [SEVERE] Error occurred while enabling TooManyBuckets v0.2.2.9 (Is it up to date?): org/getspout/spoutapi/event/screen/ScreenListener. I really don't know what to do I am new to having a bukkit server I used to have a vanilla server but some one spammed it with pig spawners so i switched to bukkit so i could have more control.
The Pail GUI wrapper has issues with Spout. You would be better off launching CraftBukkit direct from the command-line until the author of Pail makes it compatible with Spout.
Thank you for such a fast reply but im 13 and fairly new to bukkit. What is
spout and also how do i launch craftbukkit from the command line If you
mean clicking the ms dos craft bukkit launcher It wont let me it opens for
a quarter of a second the closes itself without showing anything.

Spout is the plugin that makes TooManyBuckets possible, and therefore it needs it.
If you renamed your craftbukkit-0.0.1-SNAPSHOT.jar to something else, then your script may not match.
See: http://wiki.bukkit.org/Setting_up_a_server
You may become annoyed with me soon I am begining to think i am retarded.
How do i add spout or does it come with it and also i have not renamed my
craftbukkit-0.0.1-SNAPSHOT.jar to anything else that is what i use to start
my server. Thank you so much for helping me.

You already have Spout as I see it in your error. NarrowtuxLib most likely downloaded it for you as it needs it for TooManyBuckets.
Check in your .cmd or .bat script to see if the .jar file is named the same as your craftbukkit jar.
Im soooooo sorry but i don't get how to check my .cmd or .bat scripts all i
know is that cmd is command prompt and what i use to get past blocked
websites at school and getting into admin accounts on my computer.

Did you even look at the page I gave you the link to? It tells you how to do everything step by step.
http://wiki.bukkit.org/Setting_up_a_server
I did but the forum page said I was unauthorized to view it. But I think I understand now what you said about notepad. Do I open up the ms-dos batch file with notepad and read through the text to see if the two names are the same? Do you know any other item spawners that has a GUI? Im very sorry for being an annoyance.

The wiki tells you how to do it... read better. :P
Yes, I am talking about comparing the names of the server jar in the .bat or .cmd file you have with what you have your server jar named as.
Thank you I will not be able to check them tonight so if you could tell me what I should do if they are the same or different.

Then you should make a cmd or bat file like the wiki page says that
launches craftbukkit-0.0.1-SNAPSHOT.jar instead of Pail.Reply to this email directly or view it on GitHub:
