Leader board placeholders return empty if the town name has 2 words

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Create 2 towns, 1 named Test, another named Test Town.
Attempt to list the leader board placeholders
%townyadvanced_top_town_balance_n%
%townyadvanced_top_town_residents_n%
%townyadvanced_top_town_land_n%

Only towns with 1 word will show, towns with more than one will return empty

What is the expected output?

Both towns will show up when searching n in the placeholders
