What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Claim a plot
  2. /plot group set perm switch off
  3. Resident can still open chests/doors

What is the expected output?

Residents should not be able to use Switches

Issue was in townyperms.yml, default town members were able to use switches. removed and fixed
