Unable to view page 2 of the new plotlist (on chat click)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
run /resident plotlist NAME
If the player has more than 1 page, click next page
returns plotlistNAME is not reginsted
running /resident plotlist NAME 2 shows the second pageregistered
What is the expected output?
view page 2 when clicking next page.
