Folia Town respawn doesn't work

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Start the server on folia.
  2. /kill
  3. Click the respawn button

Output: You are sent to the vanilla world spawn

What is the expected output?

Player gets sent to their town spawn after death.

Towny version

Towny v0.100.0.4

Server version

Folia version git-Folia-"e2d4a5f" (MC: 1.20.1)

As discussed on the Discord, this is currently an issue because the actual respawn events aren't used/working in Folia (yet.)
