
[EventWar] Suggestion: A less destructive Town vs Town/Nation vs Nation in Eventwar.

Please explain your feature request to the best of your abilities:
Instead of the losing towns being forcefully merged into the winning town, the winning town's mayor should instead be able to change the mayor of the losing town. They can select a player from the winning town, that player gets transferred to the losing town and gets turned into its mayor. Similar thing when a winning nation captures a capital/whole losing nation. The winning king should be able to decide who becomes the other nation's king. This can maybe be implemented as a toggleable config option or preferably as a separate war type.
This helps decrease destructivity (if a town/nation is subjugated under a new mayor/king it doesn't remove them from the map entirely, helping with lore building and roleplay: for example you can either be a complete subject to the person who put you in power or a rebellious leader, a benevolent leader carrying for their new subjects, or a tyrant that cares for nothing else but extracting resources for their homeland)
