
Suggestion: Switch ids shouldn't control mob activated pressure plates in the wild

Please explain your feature request to the best of your abilities:
I would like switch ids to not control mob-activated pressure plates in the wilds and in towns where switch is turned on for all perm groups.
(In the current version, things on the switch id list are not activated by mobs even in the wild.)
