Please explain your feature request to the best of your abilities:

I am currently using Towny to make apartments buyable for players, currently everything is pretty well besides being able to auto regen the plots. I currently have to go in to the plot and /ta unclaim to get it back to it original claim state. (Preset house I built)

Would it be possible for the house to regen fully or begin the slow regen via /plot fix command.
Additionally an auto fix for evictions or failed payments would be neat.

I completely understand a dupe possibility but having to pay a fee to keep reclaiming the plot and your current list of non regen blocks should cover most issues.
I think /plot fix should be admin only along with some kind of way to make auto plot regen admin based or toggleable.
