Please explain your feature request to the best of your abilities:

Sometimes there are residents that are going to be inactive for some time, but automatic deletion still deletes their resident file even if they are going to come back. Allow servers to exempt certain residents from deletion with a /ta command.

This can be done using /ta toggle npc playername
