Please explain your feature request to the best of your abilities:

I'd like to suggest a rework to how money is currently handled by the plugin. This new version creates a 'money pot' that all warring entities contribute to over the course of the war, which is then split among the victors (either evenly or by point contribution).

So, once a war is declared all sides contribute from their town bank the amount defined per-war in the config, currently base_spoils:. Then, whenever a town block is taken, the money comes out of the town bank and into the pot, wartime_town_block_loss_price:. And finally, when a player is killed the money from price_death_wartime: is also put into the war pot (this would ideally also come from the town bank but also a toggle feature for personal balances).

With this system there are three methods to increase the money pot: initial deposit, town blocks, and killing. All towns involved in the war would contribute to the singular pot, and it is only paid out to the winners. This means that all towns would continue to lose money for the duration of the war, forcing them to be financially prepared and avoid minimising town balances and making victory a lot more satisfying. Winners would regain their losses entirely as their contribution to the pot is returned, as well as winnings from the enemy's contribution.

I'd also like percentage support added, but it is not a necessity. It would use the value of the banks at the start of the war.
