When Creeper bombed my slimefun block, after waiting for recovery, the slime tech block turned into a normal block

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1.call a creeper
2.near me and boom with the slimefun block
3.wait for recovery

What is the expected output?

recover the currenty slimefun block

Towny's block explosion regeneration system uses BlockStates of blocks that are blown up, to regenerate them. Slimefun probably can't or doesn't store their custom blocks' types in the BlockState.

Turn off the block explosion regeneration systems in Towny, or tell players to not put their fancy SF blocks in the wilderness.
