Please explain your feature request to the best of your abilities:

We've branched out discussing PR #7530 and had a brainstorm in Discord about how pets usually get "lost" during teleport. The idea that came out of this, is to have the teleport event to "delay" the chunk from being unloaded (if it is to be unloaded) for a couple ticks, so the game can perform "other duties" on it, like teleporting pets.
