Fix /towny map hud

What steps will reproduce the problem?
It has become very bad, its harder to navigate and claim changes do not get updated instantly.
I can unclaim one -> move to another -> then it still shows that the previous one is claimed.
It was much better when it didnt keep changing with directions.
What is the expected output?
Map would always point north and claims get updated immediately as they did before.

The map hud does not change directions to match where you're facing.
The map updates when you move across a border, it has never updated at any other speed.
There is something wrong with it, it has become inaccurate. Maybe it just felt like it was varying by direction when moving, but it is having ghost chunks pop up or disappear. Its especially bad when claiming or unclaiming.
Here I moved by 3 chunks south, it doesnt display the claims properly in the first 2.
