Economy has not been turned on.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Do /t deposit (amount)

The town receive no money and I get a error message in the chat : Economy has not been turned on.
But, my towny economy setting is turn on : using_economy: 'true'
I also try with a plugin name GoldEconomy who said it is compatible with towny and vault.

What is the expected output?

I expect that essentialx and vaultunlocked work with towny.

Towny version

Towny version is 0.101.10
Vault is V2.9.0
EssentialX 2.21.0+dev155
GoldEconomy 1.8.2

Server version

Paper : 1.21.3-82-ver

If I had to guess your economy plugin of choice hasn't added support for Vault 2.

As far as I know, essentialsx has not updated to include vault 2 support.
