
Suggestion: Ability to turn outposts in to stand alone towns

Please explain your feature request to the best of your abilities:
As the title says, maybe some way to designate an outpost in your town as a new town, essentially assigning it a mayor from your town's population. The outpost chunk acts as the home chunk and all connected chunks are part of the new town.
Why this would be a useful feature? Could act as a way to make colonies more self sufficient as well as a way to sell territory to other nations by splitting off an outpost to its own town that joins another nation. I personally intend to make it so capturing the home chunk of a town turns that town into the captor's outpost and think it would be cool to have a method to reverse the process in case of post war diplomacy giving back a captured town's freedom.
This is something which could become possible once the outpost pr is done.
