Please explain your feature request to the best of your abilities:

I looked for the Commands item in the Wiki and didn't seem to see the use of this feature
I think we can add a feature that allows outsiders to switch between town, nation, etc., so that they cannot move within the town and cannot step into it

I'm not taking suggestions from people who aren't sponsoring nowadays. Preventing people coming into towns can be done using the outlaw teleport feature, or by making a wall around the town.
