Please explain your feature request to the best of your abilities:

Language Configuration Addition
The brackets surrounding the accept and deny command suggestions a player receives when invited to a town or nation are currently hard-coded.
Being able to change these would be a welcome addition for the few of us who wish to fully customize the look of Towny.

I haven't given this part specifically the most thorough of looks seeing as I was primarily looking to change the brackets, but nor can you change the colour of the actual command being shown either. Possibly necessary to add as well if the bracket customization were to be added.
