Please explain your feature request to the best of your abilities:

is there anyway to make the capture height for homeblock (and townblocks? idk if this would work for them) based on a range around the spawn (aka only 15 blocks above or below the spawn) I am having a lot of problems with some towns being at a higher y level and people can break under them and capture because the town is at a lower level

Thinking about this more I feel like it would be more beneficial to have height minimum / maximums for every town in the war? Still dont know if this is possible but it would be amazing.
