Suggestion: Towny Conquered Nations Perm Access

Please explain your feature request to the best of your abilities:

We give access to allied nations in our towns but conquered nations now have access. Conquered nations hates their conquerors yada yada yada. Can we make it so conquered towns cant access their Nation perms associated with conquering.

In your config you have:

  # While true, conquered towns will be considered a member of good standing in the nation, and will be
  # treated as normal nation members when plot perms are calculated.
  # When set to false plot permission tests will treat conquered towns' residents as not members of their nations,
  # preventing them from using their host nation's plots while the nation's towns have nation plot perms enabled.
  are_conquered_towns_given_nation_plot_perms: 'true'

Which I believe you want to have false.

You keep saying "conquered nations" but I think you mean conquered towns, right?
