What steps will reproduce the problem?

I don't really understand the triggering conditions, and the server is reporting an error when it is running normally

Not really sure about this one, could be luminol doing something differently with falling block entities. I have never run into LuminolMC. Its not uncommon for paper forks to break things while optimizing.
