Suggestion: add /ta plot type x

Please explain your feature request to the best of your abilities:
There is no way to change a plot's type via towny admin. This would make it easier to modify a town remotely.
If I'm not mistaken any admin can just use the normal /plot command.

It uses the towny.admin and Op for it I believe.
