plugin don't hide tab complete commands in 1.16

What do you mean by this? Is there an image you can show me perhaps?

@TreyRuffy What he means is that commands are not hidden from the Tab Complete, or "Auto suggest" feature.

The commands are blocked, ProtocolLib installed, but they still appear.

Okay that makes sense now. I'll post a pull request with all my new changes (including this one) later today.
