When a block under the 'SIGN' is broken, it also breaks the sign itself by the default behavior of minecraft.

This is prevented by this plugin; however, this shouldn't be protected when the sign is attached to the block instead of standing on the block.

There should be a check to see if the sign is standing sign or attached sign.
