Is there a way to allwow chatting or placing blocks while a player is vanished if he has all (*) Permissions?

If you gave yourself * then you get the permission nodes that prevent you from chatting or placing blocks. Don't give yourself those nodes and you are all set. Usually the plugins that break the system with the fake * node also come with a way to negate the nodes.
