Cannot use command with who is vanished

I have this problem.

OP or Admin cant use /kick a vanished moderator or use any command
I want you to make command to reappear vanished other player (moderator).

What plugin do you use for the /kick command? Blocking the ability to kick is not a feature of this plugin.
