That's... actually a PEX bug. I have no idea how it managed to affect that but... goddamn that's odd.

Anyway, harass the PEX devs about it.

The issue is that you did a /reload, and PEX hates reloads. My honest advice is finding a better perms manager, with my suggestions being bPermissions or Privileges.
