in my server I want to disable the lightning effect when I use the cmd /vanish.
But the problem is: how?
I read that it's possible if you don't give yourself the perm vanish.explode but I've the group "Founder" with one permission = * .
I've many plugins and I don't want to set perms for all of them.

Can you help me?

If your plugin provides the fake * node it also provides a way to negate individual permissions. Negate the nodes you don't want :)
