TPS fall from 20 to 11 because of VanishNoPacket

My TPS fall from 20 to 11 when I have VanishNoPacket on my server. I do not know why. In the server log I get no error log or something else. Without VanishNoPacket works all perfect and my CPU is to 90% under 4% with 1 Player...

I feel a little bad that I can not say more... But maybe something them is already known... :/
