Can't open chests in vanish mode because of Spout tools bug

Because of this bug http://issues.spout.org/browse/SPOUTPLUGIN-98 I can't open chests in vanish mode and the error is this http://pastebin.com/kheQWVdv

Can be developed a tool to search and to pinpoint where are these tools ? player inventory or chests ?

We can't fix this. Its a spout issue.

Heres the response I got from the spout irc channel, I would try it

The people in the spout channel said its probably a problem with the old enchanted items and you need a plugin or something to clear them out. I'd suggest talking to them

Thank you but I did update spout with a higher dev version but the bugged tools are there and it cant be enchanted so I disabled Spout couple of days ago and tools are still in players inventory/chests and that was the error even with Spout down.
