Hi there, it seems that i cannot disable silentjoin, every time i join it joins me silently, despite me setting permissions accordingly, all of the other nodes work and perform as they should, however it still joins me silently each time

I am using the latest version of your plugin, with permissionsex for permissions.

Ive used pex since i first ran minecraft servers over a year ago. I am not changing my whole permissions system just because 1 plugin does not work, every other plugin works flawlessly with it.

It's not an issue of 1 plugin not working, it's an issue of every plugin that uses certain Bukkit methods.

Im not switching, ive used the exact same permissions, its only this latest update of vnp it has stopped working, before it used to work perfectly.

Oh, no. Not what I'm saying. The PEX problems have nothing to do with this plugin. PEX just sucks in general.

Your issue with VNP is that your permission nodes are configured wrong. Which is why I've directed you to the PEX folks to ask them for help setting up your nodes properly.
