Causing Lag

Experiencing intense lag when VanishNoPacket is installed. 20 TPS without it, 1TPS with it. Confirmed multiple times.
Other plugins: LagMeter, DisposalChest, MineConomy, WorldEdit, BukkitCompat, Vault, Multiverse-Core, PermissionsEx, LogBlock, LumosMaxima, LWC, WorldGuard, TreeAssist, dynmap, MonsterIRC, EndReset, EasyEnchant, AntiBuild, DisguiseCraft, NewbieProtection, LotteryPlus, AdminPrivateChat, DispNameChanger, mcbans, AutoSaveWorld, MyWarp, VoxelPort, Giant Trees, QuickShop, WorldBorder, ChatManager, Courier, Multiverse-Inventories, WhosThere, AdminCmd, FunCommands

How exactly can you 'confirm' it while running other plugins?

I didn't run other plugins once I had narrowed it down. But now I'm finding
that this is happening with any vanish type plugin. Incredibly bizarre.
