Players can hear the walking sound of Vanished People 1.4.4

Players with no vanish permissions at all can hear the walking sounds if someone walks near them with vanish activated.

Vanish version:R: v3.12.4 for CB 1.4.2-R0.2 Oct 30, 2012
Minecraft version:1.4.4

This is a Bukkit issue. I'll be looking into it soon though.

all xrayers immediately know when I teleport to them in vanish, they appear to even hear footsteps when im not walking

please fix :(
