I deoped him and kicked him

He can still see me

Please deop him again, enable permtest in your config and have him say /permtest vanish.see

Btw It keeps changeing. Like sometimes a vanished person can see a non vanish person vice versa.
also enabled /permtest nothing new

If a user can see vanished players when you think they shouldn't, do /permtest USERNAME vanish.see

It will tell you what that players permission is.

If your non ops have vanish.see and you think they shouldn't, then you need to fix your permissions configuration.
