Lightning Strike when set to 0

In the comment for VNP I have set Lightning-strikes to 0 but still get struck by lightning.

Can this be fixed so when it's set to 0 that no lightning hits people?

Don't give players the permission node. It is disabled by default, I don't know why you're granting it to yourself and then complaining. 📦
