Alright, so I want to have all of the toggle commands, but not when I enter the server. When I enter the server, I have all of them toggled automatically. I have the permission nodes vanish.standard and vanish.toggle.all.

Plus, I want the rest of the commands, but not when I enter the game. What can I do to fix this?

Don't grant vanish.standard. It contains several toggles enabled. ;)
