/vanish [on:off]

I can't even use vanish plugin at all because when I type in /v, it kept say /vanish [on:off] and I don't know what to do! PLEASE HELP!

You don't have the permission node to vanish.

So what if you do have all the permissions. Using Permissionsbukkit, everything updated fully.
Problem began occurring after update to 1.5
