macromod allows unprivileged players to see vanished players joining

Players can use macromods "OnPlayerJoined"-Event to display join notifications of vanished players.

Reproduce:
Used Version of macromod: mod_macros_0.9.8.1_pr1_mc1.5.litemod
Used Version of Vanish: v3.16

1.) Add an OnPlayerJoined-Event to macromod and set the macro to
$${LOG(Joined: %JOINEDPLAYER%)}$$
2.) Watch everyone join
