vanish.toggle permission not working

Only the individual toggle permissions seem to be working.
RB: 1.0.1 R1
Vanish: 1.8.6
Permissions: Pex 1.17

I assume that you are opped when this is not working. There is a known bug that is only fixed in the pex dev builds.
