When me or my staff vanish fakequit, /vanish fakequit it shows us leaving to us, But not to any other players.
I may be missing a permission or something but I am not sure, Please help and answer the question as soon as possible!

Which permissions plugin are you using?

I am using permissionsex, It works fine apart from the fakequit, and also the help command.
I may be just missing a permission for the players or something.

There is no permission for the players, but there are plenty of known bugs in PermissionsEx that result in messages not being sent.
