Show invisible players - Re-explanation

I just wrote this ticket: #430 but it was closed saying that the command exists and it is: /vanish toggle see.
What I say and I suggest isn't to see "vanished" players with the vanish command/plugin, what I mean is the possibility to see invisible players that drank an invisibility potion, is really annoying to follow invisible players only being guided by the bubbles!.
Normally only admins have access to the /vanish command and the really interesting thing is to see invisible players because of invisibility potions and not because of the vanish command.
I'm hesitant to do that because there's plenty of plugins that let you toggle that already.
Yes, it exists many plugins there is no doubt but I think it could be on VanishNoPacket too, I don't want to depend on another plugin to only do that when VanishNoPacket can be just what all admins need for vanish/invisible management. The only function that I miss about vanish/invisible stuff is just to see invisible players so I'll be very grateful with you if it's added to VanishNoPacket.
My concern is that doing what is required to reveal players could potentially break those other plugins.
Can't you always add it like an option on the config file?, so admins can enable/disable it depending on of it conflicts their plugins. Is a shame to depend on "other plugins breakage" to make a plugin because admins depend on other plugins then, other plugins that most times doesn't updates. VanishNoPacket is a really great plugin and it is always updated, what makes it a good candidate to put more options and features. Whatever, I searched (a fast search) for plugins that makes what I suggest and I didn't find anyone so they are not really used.
In conclusion, in my opinion adding it as a toggleable option or even try it to see if really much admins get incompatibilities would be great.
I searched for some plugins doing what I recommend, I didn't find anyone :S (I did a fast search) so I think their are not really used. If you don't want to break other plugins you can always add an option on config file with a warning comment so admins can choose enable or disable it. Normally if VanishNoPacket do that why to add too another plugin doing that?, in this case doesn't matters if this plugin break the other one because you won't need the other.
Whatever, letting it like an option on config file would fix this inconvenient and give admins that need it the ability to have it without adding and depending on other plugins that mostly are slowly or never updated.
