I've the problem that I am vanished everytime I join the server, indepent of I was vanished when I left or not. I hope this can be fixed soon.

Don't give yourself permission nodes you don't want. Check the permissions documentation for more info.

Note: OPs do NOT join vanished, you have specifically granted the node.
