If vanished and a user logs out then logs back in, you become visible to that user.

VNP Version: 3.18.2
Spigot:10.28

To duplicate:
vanish
stand near a user while invisible
have user sign off
have user sign back on
The user can then see you, even though you are still vanished. Other users who haven't signed off and back on still cannot see you.

This is a big one guys, I really hope someone can take a look at this soon. :(

As a note, no error logs are generated in the console for this issue.
