Even with negative permissions of vanish.see players can see vanished players.

No error is given or issues at start up. Permissions haven't been an issue before. Using version, 3.18.2

Correction, I gave the negative perm this time to everyone again, restarted, revanished, and now they can't see me. But it seems kinda wishy washy.
