I don't know if this is possible or not, but if it is, please implement it into Vanish! I would be glad to test it :)

I have also noticed the issue JunkBoy described, but don't have any tab editing plugins installed as far as I know. Compared to @junkboy's list of plugins, there are the ones I have in common (to help narrow it down):
Essentials, EssentialsChat, EssentialsSpawn, Worldguard, Spout, Worldedit, Showcase, Register, LWC.

If you have the issue junkboy described, you have colored names in your tab list, which means you have a plugin modifying the list

Nope. No colored names, but I still show up on tab while vanished.

And you're sure that people without any vanish related perms can see your name? (Remember that you can see yourself on the list while vanished, that's intentional)

Found the issue. Set the op-color to 'none' in the Essentials config to fix it.

It doesn't :P. The only plugin that I'm using that affects chat/lists is EssentialsChat. My players can still see me in the tab player list. I've often heard that they can see my name twice in the tab list, one in red and one in white, but have never seen that happen myself. That might have something to do with it. I'm not getting any errors, and all of my plugins are updated to the latest builds.

That'd be why. The other plugins are interfering with the tab system.

You've probably configured whatever plugin it is to display names in colors in the tab list.

I'll be releasing an update soon for toggling the tab management by vanishnopacket and for hooking into a few systems that do this.
