Using enderpearls spits out errors

This is rather annoying: any time someone throws an enderpearl and it lands, I get an error:
[SEVERE] Could not pass event EntityDamageByEntityEvent to VanishNoPacket v3.18.10
org.bukkit.event.EventException
at sun.reflect.GeneratedMethodAccessor40.invoke(Unknown Source)
at sun.reflect.DelegatingMethodAccessorImpl.invoke(Unknown Source)
... 15 more
I'm not sure if it's completely this plugin's fault (I'm sure it would've been reported before now if it was) so:
I'm running MCPC+: mcpc-plus-1.6.4-R2.1-forge965-B251
so: MC 1.6.4 with forge 9.11.1.965
I tried to pull a full error out, it has a bit more:

ah, yes. I was using that version originally when it happened, I updated to the newest version just to see if it was fixed.
okay... this is embarassing. i just installed the 1.6.4 version again, and this time it didn't say anything. I swear it did last time... I must've done something wrong on my end. sorry for bothering you with an invalid bug report, seems it was just on my end
Have you tried downgrading to a version of VNP that was released on 1.6 initially? Perhaps this http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/vanish/files/78-v3-18-5/
