Might this be related to VanishNoPacket or Spout that when ever I turn off the VanishNoPacket plugin off all of the players connection bars in the TAB list go almost full. Before disabling their like 1 or 2. Or is this related to Spout?...eating too much ram and network?

It isn't actually causing lag, those bars mean so little anyway. :)
