Group prefixes on Vault 1.2.9 not working

I installed the new Vault release version (1.2.9) and my group prefixes have disappeared.

If I revert back to Vault 1.2.8 they work again.
I am using GroupManager for the group prefixes and HeroChat for my chat interface.

HeroChat version 5.4
GroupManager version 2.8.2

we adjusted the code in GM to what should be used. I suggest you check where they are set as the GM developers helped/verified how things are getting pulled in the update.
