Vault bugs Tekkits IndustrialCraft

If i use Vault on my Tekkit server (Newest Version of Vault or also later version from MC 1.2.5) there is a bug. If i create a Quarry machine from Industrial Craft, with a markes markd area.. it will not build the markd area.
So maybe there is something wrong.

There are also Screenshots.
Maybe you can help so we can use Vault also with tekkit.
the post doesn't have any information regarding Vault. Vault is strictly a passive API that allows some plugins to easily hook into an economy plugin or permission system. If you're noticing issues when you have Vault installed most likely one of your other plugins is activating extra features which are causing the problem. Vault itself has no active code and does not modify anything on the server.
Thats strange, cause i can run Vault only.. and it happens.
Maybe Tekkit will try to fix it.. i hope. But Thanks

as I said, Vault does absolutely nothing on the server actively. It checks to see if you have an economy plugin, or permission plugin installed, and if so registers them as services in the service manager for other plugins to hook into. the only other thing it does is periodically post a message about needing to update to the server console or as a message if you have the permission. If tekkit does something odd as a result of Vault registering something then it's a bug in Tekkit.
Vault should also be version independant, you should be able to use any version of it on 1.2.5 as long as you don't see any errors on startup it should be working fine.
