Vault doesn't do anything with SQL, I think you're reporting this to the wrong place. Vault isn't even mentioned in the stack trace anywhere. Are you sure you meant to submit this on here?

It only happens when vault is installed

It appears to be a plugin that fails some SQL stuff when vault is bring used. Therefore it's a problem with that plugin doing something wrong only when using vault
